Our refund policy applies to any paid services or distribution packages provided by Right Music. We strive to provide transparent and fair service conditions. Since our services involve digital delivery systems, processing, and platform listings, we enforce strict refund regulations.
Because music distribution involves manual metadata checks, quality control (QC), and immediate upload tasks, refunds are generally only granted if your content has not yet been processed or delivered to any platform. Once delivery to any DSP (Spotify, Apple Music, JioSaavn, etc.) begins, the service is considered fully rendered and non-refundable.
If a release is rejected by our QC team or by external digital stores due to formatting errors, low quality, sample clearance issues, or metadata discrepancies, fee refunds are typically not possible because of the human review hours already dedicated. In such cases, we will help and ask you to correct the release so that it can be successfully distributed at no extra fee.
Your earned streaming royalties are distinct from distribution fees. You may withdraw those balances per our standard payment terms via your dashboard. These earnings are fully yours and are not considered 'refunds'.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment gateway or financial institution.
We may modify this Refund Policy at any time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last Updated" date below.
