2. Service Description

Right Music acts as an intermediary for distributing digital audio content to various digital platforms. We do not own your music, and you retain full copyright over your material. We handle delivery, metadata management, and royalty collections on your behalf.

3. User Obligations

As a user of our distribution platform, you agree to the following obligations:

• You must own or control all necessary rights to the content, audio, artwork, and metadata you upload.
• You must not upload infringing, stolen, offensive, fraudulent, or malicious content.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secured.
• You must provide accurate payment information for royalty payouts.

4. Revenue and Payments

We will remit royalty payments based on the earnings generated by your content on digital platforms. An 80% revenue share is paid out to you, with Right Music retaining a 20% commission for operations. Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply. Payment schedules correspond to the timelines provided by our digital platform partners (usually 45-90 days after the end of the streaming month).

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, local or international copyright laws, or the terms of our digital partners. In cases of confirmed copyright fraud or artificial streaming manipulation, payouts may be withheld or forfeited by the respective streaming platform partners.
